BEGINNER HATHA

If you are new to yoga or looking for a refresher, this gentle to mid-paced class is perfect for you.  Here we bring focus to body alignment, breaking down basic poses and Sun Salutations. Breath awareness is introduced for focus and relaxation. This class will improve balance, coordination and flexibility.

HATHA – LEVEL 1

After BEGINNER HATHA, this is your next step. This class introduces more movement with the breath and while still considered a gentle to mid-paced class, we explore more challenging poses to inspire you!

HATHA – LEVEL 2

This class is for yogis with a solid knowledge of poses looking for a challenge in their practice. We focus on controlled movements, sometimes linking the poses through various sequences.  In this class we work on endurance and strengthening, and as always, finding ease in our effort.  Prior yoga experience is required.

VINYASA FLOW – LEVEL 2 

A faster paced flow class based on dynamic stretching with Sun Salutation based vinyasas.  With body awareness, this class builds strength, endurance and flexibility.  Prior yoga experience is required.

CORE FUSION

WOW!! What a great combination of strengthening, stretching and relaxation!

Half the class we work at strengthening the core, shoulders/arms, glutes/legs with Pilates based movements – we will sweat! Next, we will use yoga poses to gently stretch the body, then finish with a calming relaxation practice.

WARM YIN RESTORATIVE

This is a quiet, meditative practice, and the perfect complement to more dynamic styles of yoga. Postures are generally practiced lying passively on your mat using a variety of props to gently support the body.  The studio is gently heated and the combination of long-held, passive stretching and warmth works to improve flexibility and joint mobility. This practice is suitable for yogis of all levels.
